Women are human beings who have equal claim to the universal declaration of human rights No doubt the empowerment of women is Nation’s empowerment, in the process women to take decisions of their own, provide fair laws and rights without gender bias. To ensure women are empowered, freedom is guaranteed under the constitution to plays important roles to enable their women welfare in various sectors with support to training and employment programme scheme, jobs, opportunities for entrepreneurship, increased safety and security, ease in day-to-day living, and protection of the girl child, gender sensitization, check domestic violence, female literacy with education schemes, and enabling women to leverage technology and awareness generation.
