As proactive reformer integrity and competence, striving to change and improve social law, social justice and social system with ethical principles in respecting the inherent dignity and worth of the person, and steer the social initiative treating each person in a caring and respectful approach, mindful of individual differences and cultural and ethnic diversity, encourage to elevate socially responsible with self-determination to establish a conceptual focus for social service with clear one point of view directives for the future at ‘Tapaspanda Foundation’, a non-sectorial and philanthropic organisation.

To help with the nation through social programs, manned with social workers and grassroots volunteers from all walks of life, the pioneering social services is developed to identifying the needs of specific social groups, to prioritizing those needs as well as to designing the services and implemented in the social welfare sector, contributing in the development of social work in our country. 

The tapaspanda foundation has developed many and diverse pioneering programs in various areas in India with integrating faith and development, strengthening grassroots for self-sustenance, liberating from shackles of discrimination in overcoming challenges while working towards the goal making a positive impact in the lives of people and society. Working to enhance and advancing the professional growth and development of the members and volunteers with imparting practical skills in addressing significant need-centred social issues, to create and maintain professional standards and promoting the positive growth and development of both our professional community and to advance sound social policies and governance.

Women’s Rights Are Human Rights

Women are human beings who have equal claim to the universal declaration of human rights No doubt the empowerment of women is Nation’s empowerment, in the process women to take decisions of their own, provide fair laws and rights without gender bias. To ensure women are empowered, freedom is guaranteed under the constitution to plays important roles to enable their women welfare in various sectors with support to training and employment programme scheme, jobs, opportunities for entrepreneurship, increased safety and security, ease in day-to-day living, and protection of the girl child, gender sensitization, check domestic violence, female literacy with education schemes, and enabling women to leverage technology and awareness generation. In short, the road to women’s empowerment has several factors joining the dot in its path to make women socially and economically empowered so that they can take an equal and active part in national development along with men.

Free Education Empowering Future

Audacious to dream for a better tomorrow, building a movement to eliminate educational inequity in India, providing free and compulsory education of all children in the age group of six to fourteen years as a fundamental right. Free schooling subsequently ending the cycle of child labour and creating a sustainable empowering future generation. With this sheer determination, people as dedicated volunteer teaching staff have bestowed support to the selflessness of providing free education with infrastructure. Along with academics engaging children to participate in the social and cultural life of the communities that assures children from all social backgrounds have equal opportunity to have their voices heard in any public domain as they grow up to responsible citizens.
